👉 For exchange claims, a video of parcel opening is required.

👉 The video must capture the entire parcel-opening process from start to finish without any cuts.

👉 Any complaints regarding the parcel must be raised on the same day of receiving it.

👉 The product must not have been used.

👉 The returned item must be packed in the same manner as received, including the original box (without the box, the return will not be accepted).
